OpenPayd is delighted to announce the appointment of Lisa Johansen as Chief Compliance Officer and MLRO. This appointment is an important step in OpenPayd’s commitment to the enhancement of its Compliance and Governance framework.

Lisa is a dynamic, industry-leading compliance professional with a proven track record in building complex teams and innovative processes.

She has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, across five jurisdictions and with key management roles at businesses including Paysafe and Travelex.

Risk-based compliance Lisa will be responsible for the company’s global compliance framework, building and maintaining an effective risk-based compliance program, helping to ensure that OpenPayd continues to develop its market-leading position in this field.

She will also guide the business in all compliance and governance requirements.

Watershed moment Lisa joins OpenPayd at a critical moment for Fintech, with the sector facing heavy scrutiny.
