Tin’s take on finance’s future
Ticketmaster’s Tin Cheung gave us some frank insight into where he thinks the finance industry is heading. A lot is said these days about customer experience being the new focal point of finance, but Tin believes we need to improve payment speed before anything else.
“The fundamentals are the rails that payments run on. It’s really boring, but that’s what needs to be fixed first. And then we can pile on top the shinier things in terms to actually make the experience better.” Watch the full quote below.
