OpenPayd is pleased to announce that Ozan Ozkural will be joining as an advisor and Non-Executive Director to the Board. Mr. Ozkural brings extensive experience in global financial services and banking. He will be assisting the OpenPayd management teamin accelerating the growth of OpenPayd.
Mr. Ozkural brings with him a 20-year track record, which includes over $50bn of investment banking transaction experience, significant presence within various key geographies and across a wide range of sectors. Mr. Ozkural has held senior positions in the Russian Bank VTB Capital and Merrill Lynch where he worked extensively with financial services businesses. These range from major global banks to consumer lending firms where Mr. Ozkural has acted as an investor as well as an advisor to their boards in helping them arrange major global financing deals.
Mr. Ozkural is currently the Managing Partner of Tanto Capital Partners, a boutique merchant bank based out of London, and is also a three-term member of the Brookings Institution Foreign Policy Leadership Council.
